RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund please download and print off a pdf of the returns slip found on the contact us/info/ returns page to include with your return or you can return the item(s) with the paper invoice included in the package for reference. If you the buyer is not satisfied with product on arrival, have been mistakenly sent the wrong product, the item is faulty, or the item does not fit, you MUST write to us within 30 working days and send back the product.

The product must be returned in unused condition you received it in but doesn't have to be in the original packaging.
Items that have been worn on farm and been made dirty or been washed may not account for refund or return.

You are responsible for paying return shipping.
​
We can only exchange an item 2 times, if you return an item for the 3rd time it will be refunded (unless item faulty)

Once we have received your returned item and you are eligible for a refund or a replacement item it will be refunded/dispatched.
